Account passwords are handled through our authentication systems and service providers. We do not intentionally store or display passwords in readable plain-text form.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through general website contact forms unless specifically requested and appropriate for the purpose of the communication.

SECTION 03

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or use TraxHQ, certain technical information may be collected automatically by our website platform, hosting providers, authentication providers, security providers, analytics tools, or similar service providers.

This information may include:

4. Cookies, Sessions, and Similar Technologies

TraxHQ and the services used to operate it may use cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, or similar technologies.

These technologies may support essential website functionality, authentication, security, preferences, account sessions, performance measurement, and analytics.

The specific technologies used may vary depending on the features and services enabled on TraxHQ.

You may be able to control certain cookies through your browser settings or through any cookie controls made available on the Website.

SECTION 05

5. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through TraxHQ to:

  • operate and maintain the Website;
  • create and authenticate user accounts;
  • support TraxPoint signup and account access;
  • display subscription and billing status;
  • support subscription-management features;
  • respond to questions or support requests;
  • provide requested product or launch updates;

  • understand how visitors use the Website;
  • improve website design, content, and functionality;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents;
  • protect TraxHQ, TraxPoint LLC, users, and others;
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

SECTION 06

6. Authentication and Account Services

TraxHQ uses account and authentication infrastructure to support registration, email verification, password recovery, login, and access to account-management features.

TraxPoint currently uses Supabase infrastructure for authentication, account records, subscription-status projections, and certain related application data.

Authentication providers may process information such as email addresses, authentication tokens, session information, verification status, and account identifiers as necessary to provide these services.

Account credentials should be kept confidential. TraxHQ will never ask you to send your password through an ordinary support email or general website contact form.

SECTION 07

7. Payments and Billing Information

TraxPoint subscription payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

When you begin or manage a subscription, Stripe may collect payment information such as card details, billing information, and other information required to process transactions.

TraxHQ and TraxPoint LLC do not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

We may receive and maintain limited billing information necessary to operate your subscription, such as:

  • Stripe customer identifiers;
  • subscription identifiers;
  • selected plan and billing interval;
  • subscription and trial status;
  • renewal or cancellation status;
  • billing-period dates;
  • payment-success or payment-failure status;
  • invoice or transaction references.

Payment information processed directly by Stripe is subject to Stripe's applicable privacy practices and terms.

SECTION 08

8. Product and Account Communications

If you voluntarily request launch updates, product news, early-access information, or similar communications, we may use the contact information you provide to send those communications.

Where required, non-essential communications will include a method to unsubscribe or otherwise manage applicable communication preferences.

We may also send transactional or operational communications necessary to provide your account or subscription. These may include email verification, password recovery, account access, trial notices, billing notices, payment-failure notices, cancellation notices, security notifications, and other service-related communications.

Transactional or legally required communications may still be sent even when optional marketing communications have been disabled.

SECTION 09

9. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate TraxHQ, TraxPoint account services, or related business functions.

These providers may support services such as:

  • website hosting;
  • domain and infrastructure services;
  • authentication and database services;
  • payment processing;
  • website analytics;
  • security and fraud prevention;
  • email and transactional communications;
  • technical and customer support.

Service providers are permitted to process information as necessary for the services they provide to us and may also have responsibilities under their own applicable terms and privacy obligations.

SECTION 10

10. Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or security issues, enforce our agreements, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of users or others.

SECTION 11

11. Business Transfers

If TraxPoint LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information related to TraxHQ, customer accounts, or related services may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Any successor receiving personal information would remain subject to applicable privacy obligations.

SECTION 12

12. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operating accounts and subscriptions, providing requested communications, maintaining business and billing records, resolving disputes, protecting security, and complying with legal obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, account or subscription status, and applicable legal requirements.

Cancellation of a subscription does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of all account, billing, or business records.

SECTION 13

13. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Account, billing, authentication, and other sensitive functions may be provided through specialized third-party service providers designed for those purposes.

No website, network, storage system, authentication system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

SECTION 14

14. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on the information involved and applicable law, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information associated with TraxHQ.

You may also opt out of non-essential promotional or launch communications by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication or by contacting us.

Certain account, security, billing, transactional, or legally required records and communications may need to be retained or processed even after an optional communication preference is changed.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain privacy requests.

SECTION 15

15. Children's Privacy

TraxHQ and TraxPoint are intended for business and general adult audiences and are not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through TraxHQ.

If we learn that such information has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to address it.

SECTION 16

16. Third-Party Websites and Services

TraxHQ may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, authentication services, or applications.

Their privacy practices may be governed by their own privacy policies and are not controlled solely by this TraxHQ Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party service you choose to use.

SECTION 17

17. TraxPoint and Other Products

TraxHQ may provide signup, authentication, subscription-selection, billing-management, and account-management interfaces relating to TraxPoint.

Use of TraxPoint itself is governed by the separate TraxPoint Privacy Policy, which addresses company data, product usage, operational records, inventory information, purchasing information, reports, and other information processed through the TraxPoint service.

Information may move between TraxHQ account services and TraxPoint where reasonably necessary to authenticate users, determine subscription access, provide account services, and operate the TraxPoint subscription.

Future products such as TraxOps may maintain additional or separate privacy terms when those products become available.

SECTION 18

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Website, account services, technology, service providers, business practices, products, or legal requirements change.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page.

Where appropriate or legally required, we may also provide additional notice of material changes.
