What is TraxPoint?
TraxPoint is restaurant software designed around inventory, purchasing, suppliers, receiving, costs, and operational reporting.
What is included with Essentials?
Essentials includes the core TraxPoint workflow, including inventory counting, order guides, supplier management, purchase orders, and essential reporting.
What does Pro add?
Pro adds more advanced capabilities including barcode scanning, invoice cost tracking, recipe tools, sales / PMIX functionality, and advanced reporting.
Can TraxPoint help with purchasing and suppliers?
Yes. TraxPoint includes supplier management, order guides, and purchase order workflows designed to keep restaurant purchasing information organized.
How does inventory work in TraxPoint?

How do I get started with TraxPoint?
Visit the TraxPoint Pricing page to compare plans, then create your account to get started. You can also review our Getting Started guide .
Can I add additional restaurant locations?
Yes. Additional locations are available for $65 per month or $650 per year per additional location.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Yes. Essentials is $65/month or $650/year. Pro is $99/month or $990/year. Visit our Pricing page to compare plans.
What happens if I upgrade?
Upgrades may take effect immediately with applicable prorated billing. Review your billing account for the available options.
What happens if I downgrade?
Downgrades are scheduled to take effect at the next renewal.
What happens when I cancel?
For paid subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Paid access continues through the end of that period. To avoid a charge after a free trial, cancel before the trial ends.
What happens if a payment fails?
Failed payments receive a five-day grace period. After that period, account access may become restricted until billing is resolved.
Does a failed payment automatically downgrade or delete my data?
No. A failed payment does not automatically downgrade the plan or immediately delete account data. Access may become restricted while the billing issue remains unresolved.
Can I request a refund?
Initial paid subscription refund requests may be submitted within seven days of the original subscription purchase. Additional refund rules are described in the Subscription and Billing Policy .
Is there a 14-day free trial?
Yes. TraxPoint offers a 14-day free trial for eligible new subscriptions. A payment method is required, but there is no subscription charge today. Your selected plan begins billing automatically after the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
