How do I get started with TraxPoint?
Visit traxpoint.net to begin with TraxPoint and select the plan that fits your restaurant operation.
Can I add additional restaurant locations?
Yes. Additional locations are available for $65 per month or $650 per year per additional location.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Yes. Essentials is $65/month or $650/year. Pro is $99/month or $990/year.
What happens if I upgrade?
Upgrades may take effect immediately with applicable prorated billing.
What happens if I downgrade?
Downgrades are scheduled to take effect at the next renewal.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Paid access continues through the end of that period.
What happens if a payment fails?
Failed payments receive a five-day grace period. After that period, account access may become restricted until billing is resolved.
Does a failed payment automatically downgrade or delete my data?
No. A failed payment does not automatically downgrade the plan or immediately delete account data. Access may become restricted while the billing issue remains unresolved.
Can I request a refund?
Initial paid subscription refund requests may be submitted within seven days of the original subscription purchase. Additional refund rules are described in the billing policy.
Is there a standard free trial?
TraxPoint does not currently include a standard free trial.
